Do you offer express shipping?
Yes, we are able to express ship your order. This service comes at an additional cost, and will vary in price according to the combined weight of your order, and the delivery destination you have elected.
Can you ship to a PO Box address?
Yes, it is possible to ship your order to an Australian PO Box address.
Do you deliver on weekends?
Generally speaking, the courier services we use operate on business days from Monday to Friday. It is unlikely that you will receive your order on the weekend. Be sure to check the supplied tracking details for the most current information regarding your delivery.
How can I track my order?
Once the payment has been verified and your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number for the delivery.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We aim to dispatch your order 1-2 days after payment has been received. Please note delivery times may take longer depending on what state you live in and also due to any postal delays, although we will certainly be doing our best to get your order to you as soon as possible.

No, at the present time we offer our products for delivery by our selected postage and courier services only.

Where are the doorstops made?
Sitting Pretty can proudly say that the entire production of our doorstops is based out of Sydney, Australia. We sew, fill and make our products by hand using durable and high quality materials.
Can I order more than 6 doorstops in a single order?
We currently limit online orders to 6 doorstops per person. For interior fitouts and custom orders larger than 6, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your requirements, and we will be in touch with you ASAP.

How long does it take to process my order?
Receiving your order as quickly as possible is one of our main aims! We will confirm and dispatch your order no later than 48 hours after payment has been received.

Returns & exchanges
What is your Return and Refund Policy?
If your doorstop is faulty or damaged, we want to quickly correct the problem. We will gladly replace or exchange the item, or refund the same amount you originally paid. You may return items that are unsatisfactory within 7 days, providing they are unused and in their original packaging.
In the case of returning a product due to a problem or fault, we will organise and provide the return courier service. Choosing a courier or delivery service other than the one we advise will void all reimbursement for delivery costs.
